What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If the item you purchased arrives broken or damaged, please contact us. Unfortunately, I do

not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns.

How do you determine shipping charges?

At the moment, I'm currently shipping through Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated

automatically based on the size and weight of the production and where the package will be

shipped to.

How long will it take to receive my order?

My goal is to ship everyone's order within a week of when the order has been placed.
